Account Deletion · Effective: August 28, 2026
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how and what happens.

• Most data erased within 48h; anonymised logs may remain up to 30 days for security.
• Deletion is permanent — cannot be undone.
1. How to delete
Since the App does not have an in-app deletion feature, please send a deletion request via email:
- Send an email to support@mail.nurlgroup.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your device identifier (if you know it) to help us locate your account.
- We will process your request within 72 hours and notify you once it's done.
2. What gets removed
- All personal data: device identifiers, model, usage history, preferences, and any synced data (if you use WristAI+).
- Your local files (notes, imported content) stay on your device — we never access them.
- Anonymised logs may be kept for up to 30 days for fraud/security review.
3. Important notes
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription via App Store/Google Play — you must cancel separately.
- If you only want to stop using the app, you can just uninstall it. Account deletion is optional.
- We do not sell or share your data. This is a clean, privacy-first tool.
